Can I Cancel an Order?

If you would like to cancel an order, please email us immediately at orders@pacificaurabotanicals.com with subject “Urgent! Cancel Order”.

Our team works quickly on processing orders to keep you happy! If your order has already been processed by the time we open your e-mail, we will not be able to cancel. You can however, return the purchase.

Oops! I Need to Change My Shipping Address!

If you need to change your shipping address, please e-mail us immediately at orders@pacificaurabotanicals.com with subject-line “URGENT! Address Change!” We will do everything possible to make the change! 

Please note that we absolutely love getting orders out to you as quickly as possible. If we have already processed your shipment by the time we open your e-mail, we will not be able to make a change. So please do your best to provide accurate shipping details!   

If your order has been shipped to an incorrectly submitted address, it will be ineligible for a refund. 

What If There Is Something Wrong With My Order?

You are our top priority! We want you to be happy. If your order arrives damaged or you believe you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at orders@pacificaurabotanicals.com with subject-line “Order Issue”.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and a photo of any damage so that we can solve the problem immediately.

Damage reported more than 24 hours after delivery may not be replaced.

Can I Return a Purchase?

Yes, you can make returns of any full size products or Glow Sets.* We offer a satisfaction guarantee. We are confident you will #lovepacificaura!

If, however, you are unhappy with a product for any reason, you may return it within 14 days of placing your US order and 20 days of placing your international order** for a full refund.*** 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be no more than 1/3 used. If you have any issue with your order please email us at orders@pacificaurabotanicals.com.

You’ll pay for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customs fees or VAT fees for international orders are non-refundable as Pacific Aura Botanicals does not charge these fees. They are charged directly by your home government.

Refunds are made to original payment method and typically take 3-5 business days to process. Loyalty point balance will be adjusted to reflect returns.

*Sample/Starter Kits and Glow Babies™ Minis are not eligible for returns.

**If more than 14/20 days have gone by since you placed your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund.

***If your item arrives damaged, your item will be replaced, not refunded and you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report damage. 

How Do I Return a Purchase?

Please contact us within 14 days of your US order, 20 days of your international order (or within 24 hrs of delivery to report damage) at orders@pacificaurabotanicals.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number in the e-mail.

Sample/Starter Kits and Glow Babies™ Minis are not eligible for returns.

Product less than 2/3 full, or product ordered more than 14/20 days ago will not be accepted for a refund.

We highly recommend returning with a tracking number as Pacific Aura Botanicals does not assume responsibility for products lost in transit and without proof of delivery to us. Tracking codes are super easy to get from whichever shipping carrier you chose. Just ask them!

We will notify you once your return has been received and whether it has been approved for a refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment. It typically takes 3-5 business days for a refund to post to your account.
