Domestic Shipping Policy

Free Shipping

Available to all US orders over $75

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days and you will be notified. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Pacific Aura Botanicals ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


International Shipping Policy

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges and delivery estimates for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping rates to CA, UK, EU: $10 flat rate for orders $75 and up. Free shipping for orders $100 and up.

Shipping to other international locations, calculated at checkout.

Please note that international shipments must go through customs and may experience delays. Pacific Aura Botanicals cannot control these possible delays and will not be held responsible for any customs delays.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pacific Aura Botanicals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).



If your order arrives damaged or you believe you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at with subject-line “Order Issue”.

Please include your order number, a brief description of the issue and a photo of any damage so that we can solve the problem immediately.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods.


Shipment Missing

We always want to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order! We include tracking numbers with every shipment. We also provide delivery notifications.

If you cannot find a package that says it has been delivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly with the tracking code provided with your order.
